agreed because the lineup he started with today might as well be the bench unit he comes with everyday
He won't get the touches he needs as a starter.
How would that affect team defense?
I'm a Kuz supporter, but he's not really showing me anything I didn't know he could do
My problem is: what can you do for us when you don't have the shots because AD/Bron are playing? Can you crash the boards, play smart defense etc?

He also doesn't fit anywhere unless AD decides he wants to be a 5. Kuzma is not defending 2 guards.

Kuz doesn’t have to start but the coaching staff needs to give him a bigger role on the offense when he is on the court. Run sets specifically for him to get in rhythm. When AD and Bron are on the court, he’s mainly just standing around in the perimeter and when he does come off the bench ..Rondo dominates the ball instead of setting him up.

He isn't giving this type of production off the bench though.
Agreed although he's decent against SFs, imo.
To me overall numbers aren't the key. It's efficiency and effort.
Has more to do with Rondo than him, imo. He plays too slow and pounds the ball too often. If Vogel gets the second unit to push the pace and play fast, I bet we'd see more consistency out of Kuz and more big scoring nights.

They need to stagger his minutes more being the 2nd guy on the floor. Give him time with just Bron or AD on the floor. And tell Rondo to run some damn sets
