To be fair... on some of these beats, the drums ain't even hitting hard enough to make that much of a difference in the whip.

I didn't say compare the skill of the rappers. I said the content of the albums.

And take songs like Extremely Blessed, Ghetto Dreams, Dope Peddler (with a producer who can FLIP the sample right), Money Machine, Yuck, etc.... and tell me that is not how something you could hear T.I. making back then...

he has a lot of the same content as most rappers from the south its about the execution of the songs
