This same shyt happened to me (wasn’t arrested though) a while ago when I was sitting in Starbucks. This white punk working their told me that I had five minutes to buy something or I couldn’t sit in there on my laptop

I heard the white chick say a woman told them it's for paying customers only. If they got arrested for that petty shyt, that's so fukked up and such a waste of time for the police to fill out hours of paperwork. But I guess it's cool for them to fukk up a Black man's future by tying him up in the legal system. This entire situation is fukked up.

You can't get a bus bench lawyer to sue the city, the police department, starbucks. It's not "if you lose the case is free, if you win pay us then!"
Theses brothers would have to invest to get adequate legal representation to even take this shyt to court. Then they have to have some really strong evidence and witnesses for the court to find fault which then the city, the police and starbucks would not lose the case, but they would agree to a settlement, a payoff to close the case while admitting no wrongdoing but to silence any negative attention.
Money doesn't heal my wounds. I would suggest no blacks go to that starbucks or any. As far as those police I know they didn't do their job to the best of their ability because all they had to do was ask these calm men what was going on, who were they waiting for and they would've came to the rational conclusion that there's no concern. They wouldn't have done that to Chad and Tyler. They would've asked them to step outside and helped them with any belongings and probably drove them somewhere else.
