I know the talks have been that Roman/Goldberg is a bigger money match for the E to promote on ESPN and that is why they wanted to go this route. I would want to know from where that actual money would be coming from over a Roman/Fiend title match.

The hardcore fans already have booked flights/accommodations and purchased WM tickets, regardless of the card. Is there that many casuals/old wrasstlin' watchers that would suddenly subscribe/buy a ticket just because it's Goldberg in the title match now? Enough to move the needle? Curious to know.

The way I see it, I seriously doubt Reigns will recover from the boos this match will receive. This may be the point where he NEVER becomes what they want him to be

I think I'm done with the main roster for a bit.

Agreed. I stop putting RAW on dvr last year and checking YT highlights. I think I'm a start doing the same for Smackdown. The only shows I'm checking for going forward are NXT/AEW and NWA Power.

I'm not even mad b/c I already knew what it was with these Super Saudi shows. Bray Wyatt stay getting fukked over by creative. The Fiend gimmick is damaged goods.

If it's plastered all over ESPN, it might catch some people who stopped watching around 2000 and 2001 when WCW went down. I don't see anyone who stopped watching in the last 10 years coming back just for Goldberg.

Hell No, Wrestlemania is gonna do the same numbers it was gonna do regardless. The only person who probably could move the needle in a noticeable way would be The Rock.

If Mania costs 50 to 60 bucks on another platform, the numbers will def go down but they'll still turn the same profit.

The Fiend should have been used to delete the Universal Title - they've never needed it.

Looking at Ricochet being fed to Brock. Daniel Bryan being aimless, Garza vs Humberto having a series of matches for no apparent reason
and I could go on and on - it's clear, as I've said so many times before, they need a WWE World Cruiserweight Championship.

They're never going to be able to bring up anybody from NXT and give them any real success.
Ciampa, Gargano, Adam Cole etc. Finn even had to go back down to NXT.

They have enough heavyweights and heavyweights that can really work - that there's no need to feed small guys to Brock.

WWE is a pointless void with so much hope being sucked into it. The WWE Blackhole.

The crowd at ’Mania will shyt on Regins/Goldberg, Cena/Regins, or Cena/Goldberg so hard it will make Goldberg/Brock from WM XX seem like Hogan/Rock in terms of crowd reaction.

I don't know fam cena doesn't have that goaway heat anymore if they keep it short and/or use wordlife I can see them showing some love. IWC can be tough but like anyone else they can get wrapped up nostalgia.

This is just perfect. Ive been a lifelong fan, went to the last three Manias, and supported them for the most part through ups and downs. But after that Hell in a Cell debacle I stopped watching any of the main roster. I’ll follow along on neckbeard twitter and read spoilers but I haven’t watched a show since then. I just don’t care. I decided right then I wasn’t going to Mania this year, not worth it.

The botched brand expansion/ wild card rule/ Saudi fukkery and now they keep pulling stupid shyt like today, is anyone truly surprised anymore? Cats on this board are quick to shyt on anything non WWE and then sit back and watch what is clearly the worst product out of their major competitors (NJPW/AEW).

If it’s true that they’re going to raise the price of the network to account for ppv revenue, NO ONE I know is going to go for that. They’re truly in a rough spot right now, but it’s the same old song and dance.

Saw a gif of the Bayley/Naomi finish and I can't tell if that made Bayley look clever or Naomi look stupid. Either way, I'm very interested what the SD women's match is looking like heading towards WM, cause they're basically torpedoing Naomi's momentum she had after the Royal Rumble. Not Bayley's fault or anything, that's a WWE "creative" thing.

I could def see Cena getting cheered heavy over Roman and Goldberg at WM even from the hardcore/IWC. Part of it being that he has been away for a bit creating the nostalgia/common respect.

He'd also be beating Flairs record so there would at least be something special added to the match.

A little town called none ya got damn bidness
They should think outside the box and do a Champion vs Champion Goldberg vs Strowman program. Let them follow the Lesnar vs Goldberg blueprint and fukk each other up in the match with Strowman winning and getting a major rub :dame:(pause) and Mania moment. Roman is gonna get booed out of the building if they run that program :pachaha:
