He was getting beat by a really basic looking fighter...how embarrassing. Crawford annihilates Taylor within 8. If this was zepeda vs Taylor instead, zepeda would have knocked him out.

He's food at 147 imo. I don't see him beating any of the top guys. I wanted so bad for Zepeda to be the one to beat him, but now we will never know

just watched this fight- the main thing i took from it was the ref was doing too much. all them stops ruining the flow. it was a close fight, catterall had an early lead and a KD but the 2nd half he basically he got tired but he was not throwing enough. don't see how the point was taken from catterall, but taylor did hit him after the bell to lose his point. so those offset and jack that kd so i think should have been the edging toward him. i had probably had it 5-3 jack with that kd but then it just starting going all over the place, sloppy ending on both sides and the point deduction. a few of them earlier rounds could have went either way, jack with clean punches, taylor was pressuring and the crowd swaying them judges while he really wasn't doing nothing.

they both was smothering their own work a lot, ward card was too wide for my liking and seemed kinda biased there (and dre is my guy), bradley and tess was more real about it. but that was a top rank special to save their own but he might get cashed out vs bud. if so, thats gonna be ugly cause he kept getting hit with that same 1-2 not moving his head at all, lunging in etc. he would get stopped by crawford playing like that.

Watched this by now, it's on Sky's Youtube channel in full.
Decisions like this are a bad look for boxing. Not only did they rob Catterall of a chance he likely won't ever get again but they also proved the fans of a good underdog story and as you can see everybody is furious about it.
