Where does it say he has to do it at Mania? Or that he has to beat Roman to do it? All that matters is that one day, he is announced as "AND NEW... etc."

I think Cody is going to make an outstanding top dog for WWE and he's going to be a great ambassador/face of the company. He already is. This idea that it's got to go down at Mania/vs. Roman is annoying, though.

Did I say special ref? I just think it's a risk to have 3 of the 4 guys in a match before their main events, let's say night 1 before night 2. What do you do if Roman or Rollins gets hurt the night before? That's all I am saying. If they do it, w/e. I just think it's a big risk and I feel it shyts on Drew's match with Rollins.
