I don't know about the Golden Lovers history.
As far as Bullet Club. Cody basicaly beat down Kenny himself, causimg kenny to hook up
with Ibushi. Cody is claiming to be the leader of Bullet Club and its kind of up in the air if the rest of them are going to rock with him. The shyt is still playing itself out
