Bro after that equilibrium shot he was done. There was no moving out the way and jabbing. He couldn't even get his balance.
You definitely right .. I’m more so saying he needs to get his footwork better before that hit and for that 3rd fight don’t get trapped and get that weight on you like this last one

thats what I’m saying ... it doesn’t need to happen .

But as some others are saying what’s more disturbing is how Wilder was gassed after that first round ... something wasn’t right :patrice:
More weight, getting muscled around, and Tyson putting his weight behind his punches. Wilder never learned how to use his jab properly and fight off the back foot. His faults have been known for a minute it’s just that his power always bailed him out

Got knocked out by somebody he said had pillow fists, now imagine if a puncher had that approach and kept landing on him, would be brutal, I guess that was their approach to avoid punchers and cherry pick for 43 fights, first top class opponent and got destroyed and exposed. I don't want to see him go and fight more low level opponents, if he wants to improve he should keep fighting punchers, just get better, but Fury showed a blueprint on how to beat him, 1 that was obvious to many, but his competition was so cherrypicked for him they couldn't carry it out, but a top class fighter did, easily too.

I think everyone is over analyzing this.

Everyone can have an off night.....Wilder got caught with a hard shot that was borderline behind the head/possibly rupturing his ear drum..and he was off balance all night. It's not like he was up against some can either... Fury is going to capitalize on that.

The 3rd fight should be even bigger.
Yup. Props to Fury either way though. He was dictating the pace and Wilder was giving up too much ground which let that happen in the first place. He was able to catch Fury early but he needed to press him.
