As much as I like PBC on FOX so far, ESPN on Top Rank has them beat in a couple of categories.

-They aren't afraid to talk about fighters outside of ESPN/Top Rank..they even showed interview clips of Canelo from the Valdez pre fight clip, did not expect that

-Max is back in the arena, just gives the entire card more legitimacy

-Commentary is great

-They show ring entrances

Things PBC on FOX already has Top Rank on ESPN beat on (so far)

-Build up and promotion! This is waaay more on FOX. Even though ESPN has a higher "sports" audience, FOX has a way of converting casual fans into boxing fans..you will see this, guaranteed. With ESPN the fights just seem to "appear"..rather than build.

-Timing of cards and promo. They have this down to a science...they do their thing and avoid overlapping with other major events where possible.

I don't know why PBC can't figure out the commentating. i remember when that had Sugar Ray in the beginning, it was awful. They haven't gotten much better since.
