Froch playing both sides of the fence like a bytch at the end there with his criticism of Davison stopping it.

I thought it was a good stoppage from Davison. He was moving like he was on a kids jumping castle when he stood up. Plus he didn't have his hands up at all as they were about to get back into it.

Terrible stoppage imo. Are we throwing the towel after every single KD now?

Wood's legs didn't even look shakey by the time the towel hit the ref and he could have easily bought himself some time to last the final 10 seconds of that round. Took a knee, held on, spit out his gumshield, literally run around or whatever. It's not like he was fighting a losing fight or taking a lot of punishment.

Let world champions show if they're world champions.

Not an outrageous stoppage imo but yes I was surprised that was all it took to force a stoppage. It was a brutal shot but they were at the very end of the round. I have little to no doubt that Lara has got that fight from there though, Wood was in a bad way even minutes later, imo that 1 minute rest wasn't gonna help him out.
