The women can't handle more belts. They don't book the belts they have well at all. Yeah Toni is killing it. But Julia is just there. She never talks nor does she have a feud or story going on. She got over, got the belt and then......what? A shytty match with Abadon?
A new girl debuts and she gets right in the champs orbit. How do you build if you only have what 3 levels? Champion/challenger, featured girl and jobber.
And for the most part they get one match a show and one backstage promo. There's nothing to build with because TK can't focus up. If he could use what he has a lot of problems with the women would be solved.
