Dude is probably trying to show range by going about these american roles not sounding like stronger the southern drawl he tried in no good deed was just atrocious. I will never comprehend why it's unanimously believed that he's a good to great actor when he's bad to average at best. @IronFist They just released the 1st U.S. trailer, announced the U.S. release date (November 18th), & changed the name of the movie to "The Take":


"I'm reckless and irresponsible."

Idris Elba and Richard Madden are an unlikely duo in new trailer for The Take.

The James Watkins film sees Elba as a former CIA agent who enlists the help of a young con artist for an anti-terrorist mission in France.

Original titled Bastille Day (and tweaked after the July terror attack in Nice), the Paris-set action-drama also features Kelly Reilly and Charlotte Le Bon.

Focus Features will release The Take in theaters and on demand on Nov. 18.
