Yeah I got 98 and 01 as the two greatest gaming years. Too much good shyt came out both of those years.

Edit: Yo gotdamn, 01 was ridiculous. Halo, Final Fantasy X, Devil May Cry, Smash Brothers Melee, Grand Theft Auto III, etc.

Yeah that year was on some shyt.

98 is GOAT’ed off the strength of Suikoden 2 alone, let alone the legendary releases that came out the same year.

Every console that year had multiple classics released for it.
