I know NFL Network did a missing rings America's Game for the NFL. If there was one for basketball this would be it. They did defeat the 2 time champions Rockets in the playoffs and then out of all the Finals Series the Bulls had, this team was it's toughest.

How would they have fared against champions of the non Jordan era ?

Those late 90's jazz teams were overrated, Stockton was close to :flabbynsick:. The only reason they Got to the finals is because all the teams that used to son them in the playoffs in the early(or that were flat out better) and mid 90's fell off.(suns/rockets/Sonics/Spurs/Blazers etc). And their Defense was Ass

I really don't think you can do this for basketball. People like to talk about squads like those Jazz teams and those Knicks teams from the 90s and the Blazers from the early 90s and early 2000s and the Kings from that time as well and it's more about fantasy than reality. If the teams were really good enough to win they would've won, period. In football a bounce here or bounce there or a FG can turn a season and shyt can change a lot from year to year and you gotta take injuries into account as well. In basketball it's basically the same squad year after year. All those teams had their shots and they didn't get it done, period. In basketball, moreso, than any other sport if you are good enough to win it all you will.
