She wasn't even a student at the school. She should've been admitted into an institution over anything else. She clearly has an unchecked mental issue of some sort.

Thats what I hate about these youtube bodycam videos.
A lot of the time the person is black suffering form a mental issue. It's just toss them in the jail while :skip: cheer in the comments about how dumb they are.

Crazy bytch got some knockers on her :whoo:
homeboy tata effed her a couple times and was like "I'm good" OR she wouldn't let him know here near them and he had had enough

it probably sucked to have a Karen call the police on you, instead of just letting you vent. My RA was cool.

People should be careful in their interactions with police, a breakup shouldnt result in such behavior especially when this could have ended in a deadly way with the trigger itchy police officers

They tried to detain her and she resisted. Lol

The cops were trying to do exactly what you said… she led the situation to where it ended
You don’t understand.. if they just hit her with resisting that’s a secondary charge

?

If police have a lawful reason to detain you… and you resist. They can charge you with resisting.

If it comes out in court they didn’t have a lawful reason to detain in the first place… the charges get thrown out.

In this case… she could be charged with trespassing from the jump because she lied about living at the dorms to gain access to a restricted (student tenant only) area. Police had a lawful reason to detain her. She resisted so she got grabbed on resisting.

You nikkas gotta really understand the law before you start giving opinions.

You can end up with only a resisting charge if the cops had a lawful reason to detain you and you resist. You don’t need to be charged with anything else in that scenario. You can get off the resisting charge if the police were wrong about detaining you. Not wrong in the sense that you didn’t commit a crime. Wrong as in lacking reasonable suspicion.

If the law allowed people to resist any and all detainment without consequences… well… the police could never detain anybody

:yeshrug:

I’m not pro cops, I’m just clarifying law
