A $400 ps4 with no internet and no games, no tv. Just stand alone system is fuxking useless. It's just a brick. shyt ain't holding you for no decade.

so when you price the belt, do you also factor in the price of his pants and underwear? :dwillhuh: i'm already going to have a tv and internet regardless

i focus on it because it's part of the goddamn problem. i know nikkas don't have any common sense until they're like 30 but if blacks stopped rushing to make other races rich, we wouldn't have to worry about being discriminated against because we're unwanted in their establishment ANYWAYS!

yall still have the same failed mindset as the civil rights era. instead of fighting to work with our own, we want to fight to force white people to let us sit at their table

While I definitely agree with us needing to be independent (If not straight up separated from these people)...I am just extremely cynical towards criticizing the victim in these instances. A large part of America isn't generating any sympathy for this kid, regardless of what he was trying to buy. He could have been buying veggies from Whole Foods and the same thing could have happened...and many would still find *some way* to turn it onto him.

I remember a few years ago. This black mother took some of her kids on a walk or something. None of her kids could swim. One of them fell into a lake, another jumped into trying to save him, and another after that. 6 kids died. It was a terrible tragedy, but certainly wasn't a result of any sort of malice on the parent's behalfs. Parents saw their kids drown...and you know what certain types were saying? It was their fault, because they didn't teach their kids how to swim. And some were suggesting criminal charges against them. That shyt always stuck with me.

It's a thin line, friend. And with so much cacin' and c00nin' these days, I find it hard to believe that most people are chastising this kid because they have *our* best interest in mind. Like I said, materialism is certainly an issue....but around the web, most of the time that "why was he buying an expensive belt in the first place" attitude is likely coming from a racist cac trying to make yet another stupid comment on "black pathology".

Also, that argument also is really only necessary (or, maybe warranted) on certain stages. On the coli, which is still a mostly black forum (I think it is at least :mjpls:), I can understand there is an aspect of "talking amongst ourselves" a bit. But you know we can't bring that shyt to the national stage, we have no allies, only enemies, and we have to be careful not to make their arguments for them. You KNOW how quickly whites will spin an argument on our asses. Don't even think that you're going to argue over the racist use of "******" without having to hear about rappers and athletes using it.

well judging from how you feel about it, hate to admit but i felt the same way. i know cacs were making fun of the situation like it was a joke, and it was clearly a tragedy, but i'm left wondering why the hell don't these black mothers enroll their kids @ the ymca or something so they can learn the basics of swimming?

l black people shouldn't be profiled just for trying to enjoy the same luxuries as everyone else. i just lack sympathy now a days because we've been going through this shyt for over 50 yrs in the BC. black folks are going POOR trying to buy their way into acceptance. i'm starting to see this shyt like a slutty drunk girl @ a party who ends up being sexually assaulted. sure, it's not her fault, but what did she expect was going to happen?

Also, that argument also is really only necessary (or, maybe warranted) on certain stages. they'll make the arguments either way. im not cosigning cacs bullshyt but blacks shouldn't run from the truth cus it'd validate what a lot of these racist are saying.

edit: to clarify, i'm not saying he should be profiled. i just not lack sympathy that it happened.
