I am told that the relevant law contains an age buffer (allegedly violated by Hunt). The FL Romeo and Juliet law allows adults 24yo and younger to have sexual relationships with kids 16yo and older. But not 15yo kids. NO!

--Obviously kids having consensual sex are not going to squeal.
--Cops are not paid to walk HS halls asking who dates whom.

The law is intended to make an adult lover back off when parents say "leave my minor child alone!" Too bad Hunt was not warned up front.
