And where was the "good guy with a gun" that SO many people believe would stop incidents like this? :jbhmm:

It's funny how they're always nowhere to be found in these cases. I always see them running their fukking mouths on the Internet about what they 'woulda, shoulda, coulda' done, like they always do, but I never see or hear them in action. :jbhmm:

If I didn't know any better, I would guess that they're completely full of shyt. :jbhmm:

IT'S THE fukkING GUNS!!!!!! Said it before, i'm on the side of bans and buybacks. fukk this uncivilized shyt. Scared? Get a dog. We don't need guns.

RIP to any victims and hope survivors recover.
More people die from gun attacks in a single day than they do from dog attacks over the course of a year. But you got folks tmore concerned with banning certain breeds of dogs than gun control. This country is deeply unserious.

As of Oct. 26, at least 35,275 people have died from gun violence in the U.S. this year, according to the Gun Violence Archive – which is an average of almost 118 deaths each day.

Of those who died, 1,157 were teens and 246 were children.

Deaths by suicide have made up the vast majority of gun violence deaths this year. There's been 19,734 deaths by gun suicide this year, an average of about 66 deaths by suicide per day in 2023.

That leaves about 15k gun deaths from murder. That figures doesn't even include the 1k police shootings included in the article. Add those in and you're nearly evenly split between suicides and gun violence deaths. One is labeled an epidemic and the other one gets downplayed by half the population of the country. Crazy.

Yea I'm sure these guys had a bunch of legally purchased guns. Where was the authorities who are supposed to save the day once all the guns get taken off the streets to stop this before it happened?

If you read those numbers with no context, most people would assume it was from an unstable South American country. These numbers are beyond alarming… but gun culture is so deeply embedded at this point, we’ve already crossed the rubicon.
