No way that happens, I’m just surprised it will be on the ballot
In California, the number of signatures needed to qualify a measure for the ballot is based on the total number of votes cast for the office of governor. For initiated constitutional amendments, petitioners must collect signatures equal to eight (8) percent of the most recent gubernatorial vote. To place a statute or veto referendum on the ballot, signatures equal to five (5) percent of this vote are required.

He tried to say that Cuomo's father had made anti semitic statements when he was Gov. and if Chris condemns him for saying them. Cuomo said his pops was 10x the man Stewart is.
To my knowledge, Cuomo never said anything neg about jews and I think they actually liked him so the shot came outta no where. It was a low blow from a guy who was getting sonned all interview.
