It is against State law to vote by email, add to that Rick scott signed an executive order for those counties effected by Hurrican Michael to extend their registration dates and access to vote EXCEPT by EMAIL or Fax. So these counties ignored state law and Rick scotts executive order, They also notified Sec of State but Sec never game them the OK to conduct votes by Email.
