A decade ago we put the first black man in the white house, had you had of asked that question 10 years and a day ago, that would be your answer.
Black folks got to stop dwelling on what we have not gotten out of the system and start looking at how we can obtain some power and leverage in it. So many people are pushing this idea of a new party whose platform is our interest but you can't get there until we have positions of power and influence in the current system.
I believe thats what most ppl feel.... but i believe that "racist agendas", supremacist views, etc.... didnt just start with trump or his administration...
this shyt is obviously ingrained in our countries dna...

America put a black man in office (not blacks, seeing that there isn't enough of us to actually do that with our vote)... but that man, Obama, is a politician... he came up in and plays in the system that has been against black ppl since we came here....
I say that to say this, any person that we think is in our favor will just be another politician.... he wouldnt even get that far up that ladder if he isnt playing the game the right way...
