But here's the thing, Minnesota hasn't elected a GOP AG in a long time and Keith still won big time in the primary. It's one poll and it has a lot of undecideds.

No they’re saying people of color are more likely to have names that may not be exact matches across all forms of identification. Many Latinx people have two last names but only one might be on their birth certificate vs two on their passport for example.

Also black people are more likely to have apostrophes or dashes in their names but those aren’t always included on identification, or there on one but not the other.
And it usually isn't the fault of the applicants, but who inputs it in the system
