I am now breh

I believe these cats when they say that the Kavanaugh win energized their base.

And taking a look at these senate races? Breh the dems ain't getting shyt. And some of it is their fault, true, but the fact is, Americans are doing well enough to the point where it's not hurting yet. And it will, make no mistake about it, it will hurt very soon.

It's 2018. We're OVERDUE a recession and when it finally hits, it's going to be even worse than the last one.

These motherfukkers are happy breh...they don't like Trump but they aren't HURTING yet

By the time they're really hurting, Trump will be in his 2nd term, or even worse, a Dem president will be in the WH and they'll blame all of this shyt on that person and then these idiots will vote in the GOP those future midterms to make their lives even MORE difficult.

This is poor messaging on the Dems part but a lot of people here are on that defeatist wave and thinking the Dem base being upset is an effective strategy since the Dem Senators and Congressmen can't do anything else supposedly.

We have to vote them in just to keep the status quo we have now, as terrible as it is. But once they're in they need to, as Donald Trunp once so eloquently put it, DO SOMETHING!!!!!

I think one of the places people go wrong is telling people how dumb they are for not voting. Yeah, it's not smart but telling THEM that isn't going to get them on your side. I think to get people to understand the importance of voting requires at least an hour or two of basic political education. If someone's willing to set aside that time and have a discussion with you then their mind can be changed.

That wasn't the question though.

He wasn't asking me. I was making a general statement in relation to the subject. You calm now, champ?
That literally had nothing to do with the question.

Edit: You know what nevermind. I don't care what you're going to say. Stop waxing poetic in this thread. That's not what this is for. Until you showed up everyone was sticking to facts on the ground: polls, campaign outreach, speeches, etc. This is why we're over here laughing at your dumb posts about the dems not having a strategy or only focusing on being anti-trump. There are 60+ pages of information refuting this dumb ass opinion. Multiple people in this thread are volunteering with a campaign. Everyone is learning about politics at the state and local level. We're highlighting DA races, comptrollers, governors - everything that is of interest to the electorate.
