Marlins might be a sleeper to make a run. If the whole team gets it right off the rip, they will all be around to make that run two weeks from now.

I don’t get it
Could have used like say Chicago or nyc two stadiums in each city have the players in a bubble and schedule games throughout the day

instead players travel all over the countries playing in empty stadiums

this.

they could’ve had a NY, Chicago, Bay Area and LA bubble. That’s 8 stadiums even tho some teams would have to play in the trash Coliseum in Oakland.

But you control everything in these locations, keep the travel limited to these 4 cities and have multiple games per day. Take 2 top tier hotels and limit it only for MLB use and go crazy with the testing protocol.

The Nationals will most likely get more cases and then so will the Yankees . I don’t get how Soto And Chapman test hot but everyone else is clean based on how they seem to be interacting on the teams like nothing changed. In the dugouts playing around and shyt

Baseball is done. The question is how is the NFL going to handle their season without a bubble?

NFL might want to reconsider finding away to have a few bubbles (if they really want to make this happen without a single positive). that may consist of

-Reworking the schedule
-realigning confrences/divisions
-only having a certian amount of the rosters there while having the rest quarentined at their facilities to practice
-add on

edit: they would also need to have a bubble where they can have practice fields and multiple playing fields because after a few games even if you ahve 8 teams per bubble the fields will be torn to shreds.

but this alsp begs the question if these leagues with almost unlimited funds cant make this happen how do they expect school with small budgets to do this safely :francis:

Chapman tested positive 2 weeks ago and hasn't been around since.

No positives is unrealistic - that's why they've allowed rosters to go up to 80. What they can't have is a massive outbreak like the Marlins had that decimates a team roster.

No way to police that many players and coaches.
