Creating something like that would change things very quickly. It should be a top priority if a democrat wins office. I'm gonna assume whichever dem wins (IF one wins) won't have the ability to pass any gun laws through congress. The next best thing will be domestic terrorism statutes. And the great thing is that republicans would challenging it in court would be met with 20 years of precedent on the issue. We allow the FBI to monitor and even set up American born Arabs/Muslims for terrorism. The FBI monitors Jihadist sites, contacts potential terrorists, and gets them to entrap themselves...and it's legal. I know the FBI has done the same to domestic terrorists and arrested them, but we need statutes to give them broader powers to go after them.
And Ate Chan needs to be seized. If the federal government can seize Backpage siting criminal statutes the same should be done to a site that harbors and encourages mass shootings and white supremacy.

Dude said nothing's going to happen to him then another dude posted a link of the cac getting arrested and charged then the first came back and said trust me nothing's going to happen to him. Like he's advocating for nothing to happen to him. But if the roles was reversed and it was a black person threatening white people you wouldn't be talking about nothing's going to happen to him you'll be in here saying "He needs to be arrested and charged". So do the same when it come to these cacs getting punished. Don't talk about what will and won't happen. Talk about what you think should happen and what you want to happen
