I don't understand why a young Black teen having heard of Trayvon Martin would think they can just argue or get into a physical altercation with a CAC in the South and expect to escape with their life let alone their freedom.
Do not argue with CACs, speak to them only when absolutely necessary, do not turn your back away from them and avoid having any physical contact with them in passing.
And lastly why the fukk did the teen even start motioning towards him to give the CAC legal ammunition for any "stand your ground" or self defense statutes
He will get off because he shot him in the body and can claim it was to stop the aggressor without attempt to kill
