Crime starts at a young age for most criminals. It's not something where you wait until your adult then start acting stupid.

And it's not a black thing either. Ive worked with 12 year olds that have literally murdered people. Worked with an 11 year old who tied up an older girl and brutally raped her at knifepoint.
