We had to split into 2 shifts during the beginning and height of Covid. That was the tale of the tape for the executives. My group was still maintaining a respectful output while being basically a skeleton crew. My full crew is about 22 ppl, we split on March 13th 2020 and could handle the work of 22 with less than half of the crew. I was getting it done with 9 ppl, and by the 2nd week of April they had jettisoned him out of the 2 departments he was in charge of. It was all handed to, and now up to me.
