This part is actually true, but terribly worded....and not exclusive to blacks or any particular group
A business isn't going to be successful if your employees don't understand that everyone can't run shyt....and that some people will have to just play the role that's delegated to them.
Everyone can't be a boss, somebody has to be a worker.
I thought I was going to read some shyt backed with numbers and facts about how blacks face unique obstacles in financial literacy,small business loans and applications,real estate, location, crowdsourcing etc.
