I got the same about Oba replacing Eddy. It's been my guess ever since Deadline was announced.

But winning the ISC is not like the MITB briefcase. That's the Breakout Tournament contract. The Iron Survivors get their title shot at New Year's Evil.

So you might want to take back the Ridge beating Trick prediction.

If Oba is Thorpe's replacement, then Ridge is not winning the title.

At the moment, I think Holland is just a filler feud for Trick. If Oba is really in the cards, then is way more money in Trick vs. Oba.

It's also likely they can make it a three-way feud and set Oba vs. Trick vs. Ridge. at the next PLE.


I personally don't think they will ( or should) have Trick drop the title till he faces Oba.
