exactly, see my last post. If this was something that was going to happen in Feb then year cool. But unless you gonna be in ATL where the arena is cheap, and Black folks are in abundance to sell it out, it just doesn't make sense to rush a fight at STAPLES center on the tail of Nelo Undisputed + Bud/Porter (which is going to shape 147 for next yr). Tank for Devin at this stage would need to happen in a Slow month like Feb/March and in ATL to maximize the ROI.

They just had the press conference a week or so ago for Tank & Rolly, its still plenty of time to build this fight.

A big fight like that you have to marinate. Folks are going to be talking about the outcome of the Nelo fight all month, and maybe a short pause for Bud Porter. You'd be coming up right off that, I dont think anyone would care. If this fight was in ATL then yeah maybe you'd be able to cash out and maybe even build in a rematch too in vegas for 2022.

To book this fight now wouldnt make the most sense from a money perspective but i was replying to dude making it seem like Haney not being a big draw somehow means this isnt a huge fight, thats not the case at all. Staples center has been sold out by guys who werent huge draws before.

"Washed" Mosley and Margarito sold that bytch out and Margs was never a draw like that and while Mosley was a star that star was fading at the time.


The excitement off of us footwork watchers alone would bring the casuals in for this. Feels like we are on the cusp of a new era w these young stars and its exciting.
