[Reality Check]

Live from Fishers, Indiana, a state where a person may not enter a theater or public streetcar within four hours of eating garlic and where baths may not be taken between the months of October and March, it's AEW Dynamite! Here is the card so far:

Continental Classic: Brody King vs. Claudio Castagnoli

Continental Classic: Shelton Benjamin vs. Kyle Fletcher

PAC vs. Jay White

Swerve Strickland vs. Max Caster

Dynamite Dozen Battle Royal (for the right to job to face off against MJF for the Dynamite Diamond Ring


PAWG Patrol Match: Anna Jay vs. Penelope Ford

The neckbeard stench gonna be horrendous if they haven't taken a bath since September.

Saw this match was just added. Those poor ladies among all that filth.




Card looks decent overall. Wonder if they saving the MJF match for the ppv or doing it sooner. Prolly best to save it and build up a storyline with him.

Swerve vs Caster is interesting especially if they tease an Acclaimed breakup.

Some decent CC matches. Feel like they can go either way. Expect Claudio to get the win tho, blue league may be a toss up. Both guys deserve the victory.

They prolly gonna add another CC match to the card as well. But think those 2 are good enough as is.

Sucks that Penelope came back to win one match and job the rest. I swear it feels like those negative tropes are seeping into the women's ranks worse and worse. We need a few more girls because between the injuries/illnesses/politicking, the division has this weird cloud. You just know who's getting jobbed and who's got the shine.

i feel like they got plenty of talent they can use to job. i think problem is some were complaining when they were bringing in roh or indie wrestlers constantly to wrestle their stars. they need to find the right balance. Gonna be interesting to see as women like Julia, Skye, and potentially Toni start coming back. I think a womens CC would really help them once everyone is back healthy.

I think Shelton and Fletcher gotta be #1. Feel like this match could determine a lot in the tourney. The two champs tied so this is for first in the block. I think the winner has a good chance of going into the playoffs.

Brody and Cesaro prolly second just cuz of how brutal and intense the match may be and Cesaro needing a win to continue his momentum and possible playoff appearance.

Third I would put Ricochet vs Kommander. Both have zero points but we know what type of match they are going to give and that makes it more exciting.

Fourth is Darby vs Kommander. Darby needing a bounce back win from the loss to Brody and Kommander gonna give his usual high flying action while Darby does everything to win while doing high flying craziness himself.

The other 3 involving DG, Okada, and Briscoe can be put in any order. Nothing against any of them. But Briscoe is going against two champions and he had one win last year so i see no reason for him to beat either one. Same with Mortos in his match with DG.

There's a reason that Okada and DG tied. I think one of them may not make the playoffs. What you need is a bit like Fletcher or Benjamin to beat one of them and mathematically eliminate him later in the tourney to help setup a potential feud. Preferably DG for the tnt title, either Kyle or Shelton works. No reason to have either of the champs lose to someone ranked at the bottom of the group in both points and expectation.
