People complain about Cole and the Bucks beating the shyt out of everyone while they do their antics, but having them win consistently on the big shows makes them feel dangerous, which makes, say, Jungle Boy getting a pin on them in a 6-man feel meaningful regardless of how they act. The Pinnacle needs a little bit more of that in their booking (might have been a better use of FTR's time over the past 6 weeks or so than fukking around with Cody's nonsense).

Agreed. Thinking back now, I guess they did win the War Games match against the Inner Circle but the Inner Circle ended up winning the feud & then effectively disbanding anyway. Either way, I agree. They don't feel like a big deal threat like they're made out to be because they haven't put together wins as a group like The Elite have.

i don't mind the Serena Shida feud the matches are good, they need add in some stipulations though. I could see them having a dope submission match
Maybe it just comes from growing up on boxing promotion, but I just like rubber matches to have some finality to them, and I think that the buckle as a rationale for the feud to continue is kind of weak given that Deeb introduced it into the match to begin with.
With all that said, the matches should be good, so if they can heat up the feud in an interesting way, I'm cool with it (this was the problem with Cody and Malakai feuding after their rubber match...they didn't give us a good enough reason for the feud to continue beyond "Cody needs to win).
At this point, AEW not having a trios division/belt is basically hustling backwards.
The show is lousy with factions, and there isn't a single tag team in the company without at least one potential tertiary member.

And as long as there isn't a trios division... that's kinda problematic, just in terms of presentation of your tag division
Every tag outside of FTR come off as incomplete when it's just the team. Bucks. Luchas. Just throw the tag division on Dark and trot out the indy-friendly trios booking. More likely to work in this climate anyways.
