I've always thought these pull-aparts can be made better with 1 singular change.

Just go into them with both people knowing their opponent is going to work every punch except 1. You get 1 single live round to fire in these.

It would keep both people looking alert and trying to protect themselves at all times, to keep that one live throw from putting you down on live TV and destroying your mystique. No more fake-looking pull-aparts ever again at that point. Just takes one time of someone getting slumped and management going 'shoulda kept your hands up'

Rick Rude legit punking Sting ratcheted up the intensity and made it one of the GOAT brawls ever
