Kaz ruined his chances when he bounced and went to the WWE for a couple months. then he came back and they buried him for like 2-3 years. iirc, there was some sort of fallout there, because they buried michael shane too, until he retired. i think they were mad cuz their team wasnt getting pushed properly or something.

And when you think about it he was right there with AJ and Samoa Joe at making the X-Division matter and putting on classic but then those two moved up to the world title and Daniels started wrestling as Curry Man for several years.

the x-division was already the hottest thing in wrestling before daniels got there and long before samoa joe got there.

x-division mattered and was the staple of TNA from like day one.
aj styles, jerry lynn, low ki, and the amazing red is the original x-division mt rushmore.
