I'm not the biggest fan of boxing these days but it makes a complete mockery that these two are main eventers.this shyt gonna do bigger numbers and more PPV's buys than 95% of real professional boxing PPV's

Combat sports have been like this in all their existence, it's nothing new, really. They always contained these carny/freak show/circus acts, some of them like MMA a bit more, boxing a little less. Not to speak WWE which is not really a combat sport but the very definition of what I just wrote down and it has many fans.TBH that's the fault of the boxing industry

So this won't change anything in boxing, everything will go the same as before. Don't think many if any will be ardent boxing followers from now on just because of this event but it's also not like this changed boxing in a negative direction. Stuff like this was always part of this sport and prizefighting in general.
I get you but that’s not so easy. The vloggers are content creators, they can build up and maintain a fanbase easier, they can drop a vide every day. Boxers only can fight a few times a year.Good points and you're right, I was speaking more to people or the boxing industry being upset at how much buzz this fight got. I've said it before that boxing needs to rethink how it builds an audience, I wish more fighters were proactive in brand building.
How is boxing to blame because DAZN dont got enough talent and is so desperate for views that they put some youtubers to headline a cardTBH that's the fault of the boxing industry
huh, they have plenty of fighters, this has nothing to do with them not having enough fighters or anything like that. They saw an opportunity to get shytloads of subs at least for this month and they took it. More than likely this earned them lots of money, more than most boxing events this year. How is boxing to blame because DAZN dont got enough talent and is so desperate for views that they put some youtubers to headline a card
Some folks actually paid for this and they go ahead and release the fight on Youtube for free
