Little late for the Halloween return but fukk yeah Julia is on the way back from hell!

Think she should return at the ppv. She won the TBS title at Full Gear last year and it would make sense for her to return at this years event. Plus when Mercedes debuted she had an interaction with her that first episode. Her last match was the one where she lost the title to Willow. I'm not sure if Mercedes wins or Stat becomes the new champ. But then they have a few different scenarios. Whether Mercedes wins or loses, does Julia come back to go after Mercedes or goes after the title if Stat has it? Or just does something else? Feel like she's got unfinished business with that division so it could be the best option.
