Why do they act like the first fight between these two was super close like Usman was landing accumulative bombs on him? His jaw/face didn’t get that way on its own

because it absolutely was close until the middle of the fifth round. it was tied on the judges score cards and Covington had landed more significant strikes in 3 out of 4 rounds

ya'll heard about the MMA gloves that Trevor Wittman designed and owns? they are said to be the absolute perfect gloves for MMA and almost completely eliminate the constant eye poking issues the sport has .... but they're not in the UFC because apparently the UFC wanted to completely own the rights to the gloves and Wittman won't sell it for a one-time price (and you can't blame him)

Yeah, I've heard about those gloves. They've legit had eye pokes snatch multiple main event fights from them, so they need to stop playing and start exploring options.
