I still :smh: at Goto getting a little edge, jumping Okada backstage, purifying himself in the waters of lake Japantonka, coming out with the kanji lettering all over looking like a killer......only to take another L, and link up with the guy who just humbled him:snoop:

It was funny and kinda tragic how so many people fell for that, Goto was already a lost cause by that point.

To think New Japan promoted him as a the "4th Musketeer" of the new generation, and he was the only one to never get the main belt. It's interesting how his career is the complete opposite of Makabe, who was at the right place at the right time and got a solid 3-4 year as a main eventer. I don't think a lot of fans even know or remember he was also treated a "new musketeer". Looking back, it's kinda funny how New Japan tried to hang on to that mystique during the early days of the renaissance to get that nostalgia feel and drive home the point they were no longer doing Inokism. Then they completely forgot about it by 2010 or 2011 :pachaha:

Goto should be the BC mole. It would at least freshen up his character, because as good as he is in the ring, his character is zzzzzzzzzzzzz to me

I liked the Ishii v Suzuki match they had for the Rev Pro belt recently:ehh:. I've happened across a couple of UK/Irish PPV's recently and New Japan had talent on both of them.

It's always :ohhh::lolbron:to me to hear commentators from different continents talking about MiSu like he's Satan himself.

It just goes to show that :demonic:and:birdman:are universal languages.

Blehhh, really doesn't give me hope for what Naito is going to be doing at the Dome then

Without examining the booking too closely, I have this sinking feeling that he's going to be rematching Jericho for the IC Belt. That's a match I really have no interest in seeing for myriads of reasons.

He's so aimless right now, every single argument for him losing in January was proved wrong :mjlol:

I'd much rather Okada-Jericho

No idea what Naito could do for a big program :francis:

They should do some talks at the ALL STAR BATTLE show in February and arrange an interpromotional angle, hopefully with All Japan. Naito would be perfect for the invader role right now, and it's kinda the only interesting thing he could do.

A future feud with Shingo should be dope, but that's probably 12-18 months from happening, at the earliest :heh:

While Gedo's booking has improved (or at least gotten more interesting) in 2018, that will always be a shining example of how dumb and bullheaded he can be at the worst of times.

Indeed. What's tragic is that all the "new" stuff he's trying right now would probably be better - because there would be more possibilities and tie ins for new feuds - with a Naito reign before Omega (who could've won it after the G-1).

I'm glad he's back to trying shyt out though, baby steps I hope.
