To me it looks like TK would have an easy tampering case if he chose to pursue it after Punk pulled up to Raw earlier this year while under contract to now being signed.

"contract tampering" ie when a wrestler under one contract talks to another company is allowed. I dont know why that idiot TK convinced everyone it isnt (and simultaneously has not filed any suit for say Starks showing up backstage at the Rumble). In other sports it isnt cause there's an agreement under collective barganing but in wrestling its always been allowed.
