My new conspiracy theory (that I just made up a second ago) is that HHH thinks having NXT own Raw and Smackdown in this PPV will somehow translate into continued ratings wins over AEW once the novelty of main roster guys appearing on NXT is no longer a selling point for their weekly shows.

One worry I have about NXT is it getting turned into WWECW with RAW/SD wrestlers constantly being on the show to pop a rating.
