Benoit and Jericho had TWO best of 7s - in 1998 for the WCW TV title and in 2005 in the WWE for the US title. Randy Orton ended up replacing Booker T after Booker went up 3-1.

Magnum TA and Nikia Koloff had the first best of 7 on record in NWA. This Sportskeeda article indicates it's only been done three times before, don't know how accurate they are though
