Yeah it is but it's obvious they had big plans for her up here in the main roster if they didn't even have her involve in any storyline down in NXT.

Same way Braun never wrestled on NXT TV and Bliss was a valet for the majority of her time. I'm not saying it's a good practice but they obviously have a preference for calling up homegrown talent before they're ready.
