Why? this type of shyt worked in PWG but this is a little too much for something like AEW.

I've been saying for two years they should just make Lucha tag rules an official thing. It would allow matches to flow more like most of the tag teams clearly want them to.

I'm begging for them to stop this half and half nonsense, even if the matches themselves are often good to great.

I'd actually be fine with it if they announced before hand and made it an actual thing. I could see them working something interesting with some teams being better with lucha rules and others dominating with southern tag formula.
