Quick storyline explaination could be that they brought in another strong guy to counteract Big Show so they made a deal with Nana. Garcia makes zero sense because as of now he is the only one of the JAS that hasnt gone against Jericho. Joining a street fight of all matches against him makes no sense

I do agree with @Silkk that Ortiz makes a LOT more sense
