she had several months of getting a Goldberg-like push and got a featured title match at WrestleMania
Asuka is great. no one is doubting that, but the crowd reactions don't lie. the reactions have been minimal at best and that's not the end of the world. she's just not connecting with the main show audience like she did with the NXT audience.
Becky, Alexa, Naomi, Charlotte, Sasha, Bayley, etc. all get big crowd reactions... all of which they have put the belts on at some point or another. maybe her time will come down the road, but she's dead on arrival at the moment.
Of course it has potential..Bryan is one of the absolute greatest ever in the ring.
