Irony is, I bet AEW ends up being better for his health long-term. He has more freedom to work different, stylistically. WWE style is so rigid, he'd be stuck doing the same things every match and end up aggravating something bad.
He's kinda just been doing different work every match so far. As long as they keep him away from unsafe workers, I bet you dude ends up feeling a lot better, all-told

Exactly. Bryan damn near murdering his body because GOAT shyt, so I appreciate he takes it slow a bit. The man got bruises, black eyes, and scars and most of that shyt is from random dark/rampage matches.

Unrelated, but I want to note that I started this year 250~... I'm ending it weighing less than Bryan Danielson is billed. Life is wild.

Props to you, man. Got back into working out myself and dropped my body fat from over 20% to about 16.5% in 3 months. Body looks, feels, and moves better than it has in years despite actually gaining 10 pounds in that time frame.
