Ha, The Rock is in the league of his own when it comes to cutting promos. Look how they gave him 20 minutes and he made sure every minute was entertaining and didn't waste anyone's time. He thanked the fans, explained what's he in for and gave you idea that he's there to eventually beat John Cena. The one episode that didn't make the air was even funnier where he DESTROYED Cena:



Meanwhile Punk only got 5 minutes. It looks like they signed him up few days ago and they don't know what to do with him yet until it's Royal Rumble.
