Why is Bianca cool with Iyo but not Bayley?

My only guess is because Iyo doesn't hate Bianca, whereas Bayley has always targeted Bianca for personal reasons. Having said that it still doesn't make a lot of sense.

Roman should knock Sami out for trying to recruit the man responsible for his PTSD now. Seriously though Roman has legit reasons to hate Seth & Sami, but the ridiculous writing is making it seem like he's wrong.
