Will be interesting to see not just who they book for the AEW G1 but how they book it. With it being 12-man and round robin with the finals at Worlds End, a lot of the time on the weekly shows are going to have to be devoted to it. Build for the non-finals matches at Worlds End is going to have to interweave with the tournament.

Don't know what makes this more special than the other tournaments AEW does. Maybe top stars involved all the way through.

No tournament is truly special until the final match is over. Look at March Madness for example. It's a regular yearly tournament but if a bunch of Cinderella upsets or compelling storylines happen them that makes it special. A 16 seed beat a 1 seed, UM and FAU both from south Florida made their first final four, no number 1 seeds in final four. Things like that make a tourney special. So let's see what AEW does with their tourney. Tho no matter which results happen, there are bound to be upset folks in the IWC, either by the wrong wrestler winning or the wrong matches being set.
